My question is, if I eat unlimited amounts of only fruits and vegetables (Not including corn and bananas) for 7 Days along with drinking only water and water with lemon, is that considered a "Fad Diet"? I'm just curious because it is not basically starving yourself if you eat enough of them.I will do this along with taking a multivitamin (Centrum AtoZinc) to get the nutrients my body needs. I hope this doesn't seem like a bad question...Sorry if it is
