I have started working out 1hr a day and have gained 3lbs but when i messure I have lost 2 in off my thighs and 1.5 inch off my waist. How is that if I have gained weight? Jen
It could be any multitude of things. Body weight fluctuates all the time. Looking at it on a short term basis opposed to a long term basis will only give you a migraine.
If you are lifting weights, some recomposition may have occurred.
