Question?

No one probably answered because they can't be bothered. There are ways

1. skinfold test
2. bodyfat scales thing (don't know what it's called)
3. hydraulic test
4. there's probably other ways

This is something that you could've just googled and gotten an answer in 5 minutes. I think alot of people get annoyed by simple questions like this one.

2. bodyfat scales thing (don't know what it's called)

they are not very accurate, so dont count on them completley:p
ive heard that the only way to get a 100% accurate result is to get a CT scan or whatever its called:p but thats not nessecary :p

You might try one of the larger universities in your city. The kinesiology/exercise science majors might be running a study involving bodyfat comparrisons for their thesis. This is cool because they'll put in a bod pod or measure you hydrostatically.

edit...I see LV is replying. ha1 I beatcha to it.

Yup, and this is the most accurate way to test. I had this done a while back.
