Question...

I have a month payed subcription to my towns gym.. Thing is, I dont know what to do when i go.. I have no experance in gyms and wouldent know were to start...

yeah i want to lose my stomich, flatten my chest, and be able to jog without being out of breath within a min of starting...

I wanna lose at least 2 pant sizes, and 2 shirt sizes...
 
I know loosing fat doesn't happen in the gym alone. I just want to get outa the house now. been in house sence may of 2004. I got no job, and winter is almost over.
 
Doesn't your gym have trainers available to help you? There should be someone there that can train you on the equipment and make sure you are doing things properly. I know in our gym, you get three free training sessions with your membership. It wouldn't hurt to ask....

I dont know if it was only in my gym, but they always had a profesional trainer there to show you how to use the machines and to give you a routine to get you started... They usually had 2 trainers... If you dont have any trainers there, then I dont know what I can say... But to lose weight... Cardio and HIIT ;) I think that would be the best way to go... also a good diet plan and cautious eating habits... Try to eat healthy things... If you know fast foods, doritos, cheetos, potato chips, soda, etc dont have ANYTHING healthy for you, why eat them? Thats what I started asking myself and now I dont drink soda, I watch what I eat and always try to eat healthy things and not in a exagerated form like eating till Im bloated... I eat till im full... Thats the thing, i havent gone there .. ever.. so i dunno if they have any helpers.. They probbly do.

I drink pop every now in then, not as much as i use to tho.. When i was in middle school i use to drink 3 cans of mountain dew, during high school i drank 2 20oz bottles every other day...

Now i have a pop at least twice a month. sometimes when im on a budget and stop at Burgerking.. or have a pop at the movie theater..... thats it. and i have a leiter bottle that i fill up with water every day.

As for meals, i dunno. i have some skinless chicken breasts*boneless* and have nothing else to eat with it.
