question re: mens health mag workout

hey guys,

ive tried contacting mens health magazine about this, but havent got a reply.

so if anyone has it...it would be appreciated if you could help me.

Page 118 of the december issue (tom williams on the front), the personal trainer section "finish the year strong".

It states that the program goes for 4 weeks, i was wondering does anyone know about then maintaining after that 4 weeks? i mean after the 4 weeks is there other programs you can do to improve results or just so you dont un-do all your hard work?

Also what diet should be kept during the program? i know when your bulking etc you need certain amount of protein and that tonnes of calories....what would this workout need?

also on the push jerk and other excercises that use the barbell they dont specify how much weight is used....how much would you reccomend for this program? i dont imagine it would be very heavy.

how much weight depends on what you can use for the exercise with the perscribed ammount of sets and reps.

just to clarify the workout isnt to build or bulk ...its more power and strength based..to get "the lean muscular body you've always wanted".

the reps vary between 2 and 10 throughout for different excercies.
