If your training to build mass you are best doing a split program - you can see various routines on this site. I would recomend asa begineer you may be best splitting into 2days the routine and do one on Mon and other on Wed and then mondays on Friday - then weds on Monday and so on.

Try to keep reps so you fail around the 6th rep for Biceps, Chest, Back, shoulders. Triceps and legs can fail around 8reps to protect elbows.

I would do 2 warm up sets per body part (means not training to failure and at about 50% of weight 1st warm up set and 70% of max weight 2nd warm up set.)

Also get some whey protien or have a tin of tuna for protien intake straight after training to feed muscles.

Try and eat 5 small healthy meals a day.

Theres so much to learn - I wud get a book or read all the posts on various training forums.

Hope this helps,
