Does anyone know of a workout plan that focuses on gaining muscle mass fast and getting well defined muscles? Im looking for a website to a workout that has tons of info on what to do like sets/reps and possibly what my diet should look like. I currently have found 2 workouts HST and the 5x5 plan, im just wondering if theres any other options.
