Question for bodybuilding/fitness experts

I am trying to loose weight and get a flat stomach.

A little information about myself:
I was slim about 2 years back. Then I had a surgery (appendix operation) and after that I gained a lot of weight. I am 6 feet tall and weigh 90 kilograms/198 pounds and 35 inch waist.

I am not into sports or any other activities that help burn fat. I have absolutely zero stamina... I try to jog but can only go a few meters before I'm completely out of breath. I'm strictly a non-vegetarian and only eat meat. The only vegetables I can eat are potatoes, carrot and peas. I mostly just eat rice, chicken, beef and mutton. And a lot of junk food.

I have recently started to work out a little bit, doing stomach exercises to reduce belly fat that I saw on youtube.

Also, I feel weakness (don't know what the reason is). I'm like this since I was a kid. Never really felt strong. So I can't diet (missing a meal) cause that makes me feel weak even more.

What diet and what exercises can you suggest me to get a flat stomach faster?

You can change your body.

First things first. You should start up with a program and be consistent. That is the key :)

Next you need both strength training and cardio workouts. You should do 3 workouts per week.

It should be strength training followed by a maximum of 45 minutes of cardio exercises.

For strength training you should do compound movements like squat, bench press, over head press, deadlift and rows. It would be easier when you use barbells to increase weights.

For cardio running, swimming, etc. You should start with something and build up your stamina and speed and go towards the 45 minutes goal.

Next part is the diet and recovery. You should eat around 3000 cals and have a minimum of 8 hours sleep. Eat more of protein and less of carbohydrates. Never deprive yourself of carbohydrates or fat sources from food. Eat veggies and follow this for a long time. And you will be where you want to be.

You need not start out being strong. You will increase the strength. If you don't like veggies, take a multivitamin tab. But, the best thing is take veggies, natural and whole food is always better.
