Hey girls,
I've been on my weight loss journey for about 4 and a half months now - I've lost over 30 pounds through a controlled diet and daily exercise. However I thought that the more weight I lost I would also lose boob as well. I used to weigh around 160 and now I weigh 125.. When I was a 160 I wore a 36DD and now that I'm 125 I wear a 34DD so I really haven't lost much if any breast. The problem is, my breasts hurt REALLY bad for me to work out - it has been this entire time. I have tried really really tight sports bras - I even try it where I wear a really tight sports bra, and a tank top with a built in bra overtop - but nothing is effective and I'm wondering if I'm the only one this happens too...I tried google'ing it and go no response. I'm just frustrated because anytime I do running or jumping I have to hold my boobs in place ( which isn't too appropriate at the gym ) or I'm in alot of pain..Any suggestions?
