Question....cardio work outs

Well, I am trying to loose some weight. I lost 45 pounds in 6 months :D. I am 6'2, 185 pounds now, my body fat perctenage is 18%. Here is my question. My legs and upper back and my arms are pretty toned out. Except my gut, my lower back, and my boobs. Is there any kind of exercises out there that will target the fat on these areas?

No. You cannot really "spot reduce" the fat; the tendency to add or lose fat in specific places is determined by your genetics. Although if those places are the last places left where you have body fat, further body fat loss will reduce the fat there, since there would not be much body fat elsewhere.
 
as he said ... you can't spot reduce ... it's impossible. you can tone the muscle underneath, but the fat on top needs to be burned off ... you have already lost a lot of weight, so i would just recommend continuing what you are doing.
