How much activity on the heavy bag will replace something like 20 min of moderate running? Does it matter if I just punch or do other motions need to be used? I want to do this because running is so boring and doing the heavy bag is something different.
I'll probably just use the heavy bag on cardio days, but are there major muscle groups being worked out as well?
