chicken breast, lean red meats, fish, green beans, salad, most any veggie, brown rice, (i <3 stir fry, w/very lil oil), that's all i can think of for now. spockafina should give some great nutritional advice..

Thanks alot, Mreik...i'll write all those down.

Turkey burger, had my first one the other night.
Little onion powder, garlic powder and a few shots of hot sauce. Yum!

Yummm stir-fries - lots of chicken, veggies, and about 1T olive or canola oil - super-healthy AND filling!

Just lots of lean protein and veggies are your best bets for supper. Try to stay away from Subway only because the breads are so loaded with calories and aren't 100% whole wheat (even the "wheat" rolls aren't).

Also, when you're eating 6 meals a day, they should roughly be the same size. You don't need to have a larger meal at "suppertime" because it's "suppertime." I usually just have 3 oz. grilled chicken, 1 ounce walnuts, and some fibrous veggies like raw peppers, cukes, etc.
