question about skin

im currently 13,im kinda naturally strong i can curl 210,at my school(which only went to 8thgrade)i could whup anyone single persons *ss i wanted,and trust me if i was hit first i loved to exercise my "right to defend myself",my problem im 5'11" and 220pounds trust me thats not muscle at all, if i did loose 90-100 pounds i was wondering if all that extra skin on my stomach and stuff just sorta stay there and be like an empty bag hangy off of me all nasty like,this has always plagued me and what i always worried what would happend if i lost substantial amount of weight.
 
As long as you don't lose the weight too quickly you should be fine. Your body will adjust if you lose weight slowly so you shouldn't have any probs, especially with your age too.

Oh and please don't go down any dark alleys near me :D. I'm twice your age and weigh about 217 but I reckon you could probably gorilla press me then eat me up!!!!

lmao,when i do get in fights i still try to beat someone down just enough to where there not gonna continue i dont like senslessly beating someone after they dont want any more

but yeah thanks for the advice,and what would be to quickly?when 2yrs ago i went on an all out 0calorie diet and exercised till i could go anymore,rest an hour and repeat nearly all summer and like 20pounds in 2months

2 pounds a week is a good target because it's realistic to hit, but what you'll find is you lose alot for the first few weeks, then it'll slow down. When I started training again in mid April, I lost like 16 pounds in the first 5 weeks, and have lost maybe 12-13 since.

It also depends on the type of training you do and your diet as to how fast you lose. I'm focusing on fat burning and muscle building at the same time so I do alot of cardio but I also lift quite heavy weights with low reps. So, because my goal is to tighten up and like what the mirror says, I'm not to bothered about what my weight is. Seems to be doing the job though becuase I've dropped from a 40" waist to a 36" and down 5 belt loops and a couple of shirt sizes hehe :D.

Try getting a decent diet going on and concentrate more so on your cardio than weights and you'll get good results.
 
well i have a question about Niacin,i have extremely low metabolism and ive used this to pass drug tests before(THC stores in fat,Niacin jacks your metabolism to get it out of your system faster)i was wondering if i took 1000mg-2000mg a day(2-4pills non time release) if this would aid in the process along with cardio?
 
I don't have an answer for you question on Niacin, but I do have a question.

Isn't marijuana counter-productive to weight loss? That's what our trainers always told us.

while your high it causes a temporary increase in metabolism and faster heart beat,but while the larger metabolism would normally be a good thing you also get extremly hungry and can eat so much to where you would be in pain sober,and we usually are the next day when we wake up :)
