So on weight-lifting days I know your ment to eat BIG for the whole day to get enough nutrition. So If I workout at night (8:00pm), should I be eating a big breakfast the day afteror should I eat just average for the whole day?
Does the extra nutrition do anything on non-weights day or cardio?
I usually do cardio the day after.
