Naw, all that means is don't use it exclusively for weight reduction. Whole food is still required, they just don't want you eating nothing but those shakes.
Anything that says GNC Pro Performance on it, turn around and walk away. That stuff is overpriced. You can find a product thats just as good and for less money.

GNC has different brands also. WHat they try to do when you go in there is push you to their brand. Don't let them do it. Ask to see similar products. Since GNC is a business, your health (in most cases) is not their first priority. They make the most money off of their own products, so thats what they want you to buy. You can get better value for your buck by looking at the different stuff.
