Alright i have a few questions. Right now i'm maintaining my cals which were said to be 2400 but i think i maintain better at 2200 and i eat as clean as i can. I was wondering if i maintain my cals and lift really hard and keep adding weight and do cardio? Will i still lose some fat but not as much as if i were on a cut, why'll keep the muscle i have but not gain like i was on a bulk? if this helps, my bodytyp is 2.08 meso i use the bodtype finder in www.bodybuilding.com my cardio would includ me runing 3 miles 2 out of 3 days i have to rest. and the sups i tak are whey, glutamine, multi vitamin, and fish oil, any other question i would be happy to answer.
