Question, okay. I want to lose body fat but I don't wanna lose any weight cuz I am 6'1"-6'2" and weigh 150-155 right now. Any suggestions on what to do?
I have a pretty active job as a bagger at a grocery store and basically walk for 9 hours straight, but I eat out alot but never gain weight.
