Question about losing fat

to do that you would have to live a a lab and be studied 24hours a day.

yes you can but its hard work and slow. you may be better off doing it in one hit. Take 2months off weight training and diet well and do lots of high intensity cardio.

or you can just carry on as you are but add more cardio. if you choose the slow way without loose muscle you have to eat and train the same way, just add lots of caridio everyday

i woodn't stop wt training...at the very least it will preserve whatever muscle you have which is the whole point of exercise basically...the aim for fat loss is to maximise fat loss with minimal muscle loss...this means that no 1 program fits all as what i lose muscle on u mite gain with...go by the recommendations u find and if you start getting weaker for say 2 workouts in a row your either overtraining, not eating enough or both...this will mean that u will need to alter it a little as you go along so don't expect to just continually lose..it's an up and down approach
