HI everyone,
Glade I found this site!! Alittle about me before my question. Im 34 5'9 175lbs m bf% no idea. Ive been working out off and on mostly off for the last 6 years. In the past 2 years I have let meself go. Im not in bad shape but went from 160 to 175lbs gaining 15% of nothing but fat. My wife and I started back at the gym about a month ago and started to eat right. Ok heres my question.
I was bucked off a horse and broke my left wrist and dislocated my right wrist had to have surgery and pins put in my right. So I was in a cast for about a total of 3 months. Ive been out of the cast for 3 months now and still have some pain in my right wrist every now and then. I was wondering what kinda lifting I could do to help strengthen my wrist back up? My left doesent bug me when I lift but if i try to do cruls or anything that involves lifting and turning the weight I cant do it. Im not taking any suppalments besides protien shakes.
Thanks
Jason
