Question about lifting

HI everyone,

Glade I found this site!! Alittle about me before my question. Im 34 5'9 175lbs m bf% no idea. Ive been working out off and on mostly off for the last 6 years. In the past 2 years I have let meself go. Im not in bad shape but went from 160 to 175lbs gaining 15% of nothing but fat. My wife and I started back at the gym about a month ago and started to eat right. Ok heres my question.

I was bucked off a horse and broke my left wrist and dislocated my right wrist had to have surgery and pins put in my right. So I was in a cast for about a total of 3 months. Ive been out of the cast for 3 months now and still have some pain in my right wrist every now and then. I was wondering what kinda lifting I could do to help strengthen my wrist back up? My left doesent bug me when I lift but if i try to do cruls or anything that involves lifting and turning the weight I cant do it. Im not taking any suppalments besides protien shakes.

Thanks
Jason

FMSFU,
This is a forum where we all share information. If you want to give him some advice, why don't you post it for all of us. Unless of course you are just trying to get another paying customer. I'm sure you're not though, since that would be spamming and spamming is forbidden in here. That being the case, I am really curious what you plan to advise him since I always learn so much from reading from other trainers. Thanks.
