Great forums you guys have here. I've been changing my diet so I don't take as much junk and trying to eat more healthy foods. I have a couple of questions.
First of all how bad are burgers and fries if you make them yourself? I mean a burger cooked on a grill or in a frying pan with a little oil and fries cooked in vegetable oil. I mean they can't be as bad as McDonalds or anything, but are they still "bad".
Second, I have a serious issue with eating fruit. Almost every time I try to eat a fresh piece of fruit I loose my lunch. I mean I puke almost immediately. I take a few bites then my mouth starts to get all mucousy (sp?) and I can't spit it out fast enough. Then a few minutes later I hurl. It's been like this for as long as I can remember. It's almost like my body just rejects any fruit I try to injest. I don't expect you guys to tell me what is wrong with me, but I could use some ideas on how to make up for the nutrients I'm missing out on. Oh, by the way... I CAN drink as many fruit smoothies from the smoothie shop as I can handle.
