Question about Fitday inputting food

I don't know where else to put this.. I'm a newbie and still learning what all is on this site.

I registered for fitday.com today, and I was inputting what all I have eaten today, but I have a question. Do you input your multivitamin (or any drugs like allergy pills, birth control, etc)? I would think that it would add to your nutrition but I don't have the box from it so I don't know if it adds calories, and how much of each vitamin it adds...

Anyways... long winded question made short, for those who are on fitday... do you input your daily multivitamin? If you do, can you tell me how you went about entering it?

Nope. I eat the flavors of my kid's gummy vitamin that she doesn't like, and take a chocolate candy-type calcium supplement, both of which have calories, but I don't bother counting them. I try to get close to 100% of my RDAs without supplements, so I actually prefer my reports not include supplement numbers.

If I were taking a lot of fish-oil supplements, I might try tracking them. For standard adult vitamins, I definitely wouldn't bother, because they really don't contain any calories. The gummies are ~15 calories for 2, and the calcium chew is ~15 for one.

The only other thing I don't track is lemon juice in my water. OTOH, I don't measure / weigh - I eyeball. I've been eyeballing long enough and successfully enough that I know my unders usually balance out my overs. So lemon and vitamin overages are cancelled out by something else - either a few steps more over the course of a day, or spreading my peanut butter a little too thin, or something.
 
From my personal experience, I used FitDay for a total of 2 months...

For some reason using fit day only made me lackadaisical in my ways..my best advice is to still write EVERYTHING down that you eat on a notepad...becuase sometimes we all do the little bites of certain things...which is really important to keep track of....also i think the "calories burned" thing is off..becusae if it was right..id still be loosing weight, but I'm just maintaining..
