Hey everyone, I'm new here. For a long time I've been trying to figure out the whole workout excercise/workout puzzle on my own but I'm not very good at it it seems. I'm not extremely fat or even considered to be overweight and I'm in pretty decent shape. I'm about 155 pounds but I have embarrassing man-boobs. I did ALOT of push ups in an attempt to reduce them but I think that could have possibly made them worse and more noticeable. Right now I'm working hard on watching what I eat because I read that in order to lose fat around this area the process is about 80% diet and 20% exercise. I don't have access to a gym and i absolutely can't afford a membership, but i have dumbells, stationary bicycle, a chin up bar, treadmill and a yoga ball in my home, I typicly workout 3 days a week and do some form of cardio 5 days a week I switch between treadmill and bike every other day.
Honestly I don't have a clue what I'm doing, I really would like to lose this fat off my chest and tone it before summer comes... Sometimes I wish that I could move to Alaska or someplace cold so I could wear my jacket and long sleeve shirts all the time to cover them up. I HATE summer, for this particular reason.
I realize i need to tone down my BMI and I'm very serious about my diet but I lack the knowledge and wisdom of what foods to eat. I know obviously to stay away from chocolates, candy, sugary foods and high fat foods and obviously fast food. I need a full course meal plan and diet, I have no clue where to start.
Any advice I would greatly appreciate. Thank you!
