Question about BMR

Hello everyone! I'm new to this forum. :seeya:
I'm 19 years old, 5'4, 135 pounds, my goal is to get to 120 pounds by May. I want to lose about 2 pounds a week.

So I'm not quite sure if I am eating enough according to my bmr which is 1453.7.

I used to eat about 1000 calories a day for about 4 weeks and didn't lose one single pound.:toetap05:

So now I decided to eat 1500 calories a day, but I also do cardio 4 days a week and burn about 600 calories on those days.

Am I eating enough?
 
Im no professional, but I say if you're eating 1500 a day and excercising, you'll eventually lose. I think you definately are eating enough, probably the perfect amount.
