Question about arm size, exercises, and evening size out

Hey
I've got kind of a weird medical thing: Blood clot in my right shoulder which prevents me from doing much weight there (doc said I could do weights though, provided I stayed on the coumadin). But the problem is, it makes my right arm muscles considerably larger than my left, to my pretty severe embarassment.
Now, after a few months of training my left arm is kind of catching up, but only in terms of measuing from say, tip of the tricep to tip of the bicep. The actual width of the bicep and arm in general is still pretty small. I was wondering if there was an exercise I could do to increase the bicep width, well, arm in general?

Thanks. I know it's kind of a frivilous thing to just be looking for size instead of strength, but yeah.. .the right arm's about 2-4cm bigger if measured with a tape than the left one, so it's noticable. Kinda creepy too.

Another quick, kind of related question: is there any way to build chest/back muscle mass without using large amounts of weights? I can do benchpress up to about 40lbs per side on a standard bar, but anything above that just kills my arm, and ideally I'd like to do less. If you've any suggestions, I'd really appreciate it.
