Hello my fellow fat fighting lovelies.
The prodigal manatee has returned! For those who don't remember me and my crumpet addiction--I'm Hana! I've been here many, many times before. Some times I've been successful, others...well, not so much.
So, a bit about me. I'm 24 and work as a Residential Social Services officer at a children's home. It's hard. It involves eating whatever is made by the cook (who adores making mac n cheese, burgers, pies, etc.) and lots of 24 hour shifts. But it's a pretty groovy job.
I live with my American chap who adores all things greasy and never puts on more than a pound. All I have to do is look at pizza and I put on 6. And then I eat it anyway.
So I'm here to try and kick some ass. I lost 50lbs in 5 months last time I was here & then put it all back on. I'm 5'10 so want to be about 170. I'm currently 210lbs.
I'm also trying to quit smoking using Champix which has fucking horrible side-effects so maybe not the best time to start a diet but what the hell!
Here's to not being so fat!
Breakfast: toast with dairylea slice (320)
Lunch: ham and salad sandwich (250) crisps (130) alpen bar (70)
Dinner: pasta (200) crisps

I got off work and the first thing my hubby sent in text was that he was happy he would see me soon then that he could go for a tremendous juicy cheese burger. I was all OMG. Seriously? LOL! I texted back no that I was eating Minny Wheat cereal for dinner...and I did. heheheheee
