pushups and situps and running

Should i do Pushups till i cant do anymore? And Situps till i cant do anymore?

Last time i tried to do as much pushups as i can. 200 . situps im sure i can do a lot.

So this is my workout .. ::'

Pushups till i cant do anymore
Situps till i cant do anymore
Leg raises from ground till i cant do anymore
Run ( hiit ) . sprint 20 sec jog 10 sec forr 20 min :]

is this good for 13 year old'

also which muscles will these exercises help and how would i look probably ( your opinion ) if i did all this forrr 2 months eeveryday
