How much weight do you want to lose? 28 lbs to a goal weight of 120
What is the timeframe for reaching your target weight? My 39th birthday on April 19th
How do you want to accomplish your goal (what methods do you want to use)? Walking on the treadmill, weight training, diet
Who or what can support you in reaching your goal? well, this forum
and I started a webpage and sent the link to family and friends
How realistic is your goal? less than 2 lbs a week loss. It is definately achievable.
When will you start? I started mid December and put the diet on hold til after the holidays.
Typical day's diet:
Breakfast: Kashi Go Lean Oatmeal, Vanilly Soy milk, hard boiled egg, and 4 sliced turkey bacon, green tea
Mid Morning Snack: Dannon Crave Control Yogurt
Lunch: grilled chicken breast, mixed fruit (I buy bags of frozen fruit at Walmart. It has peaches, melon, grapes, strawberries. Now I also add apple slices or pear slices).
Mid afternoon snack: string cheese
Dinner: varies. sometimes it's a frozen diet dinner, other times cottage cheese and more turkey bacon. I like Tilapia but it just hasn't sounded good lately.
I know I need to add more veggies.
For exercise I currently walk 30 minutes/3mph on the treadmill in the morning and again in the evening.
