Push/Pull/Legs

If i'm doing this kind of split, between the 2 following options, how should i do it?

Like this: monday - push, tuesday - legs, thursday - pull

Or this: monday - Push, tuesday - pull, wednesday or thursday - legs

Rest on all days not listed, and maybe hitting the punching bag on saturday and sunday.
 
Ok so if i do that first split, is it really enough? I mean i work each of the muscle groups really really hard, to where they are like really burning after. Not hurting but it feels good. Only thing is i'm only working em once a week, so i don't know if it's enough.
 
I like the first one too. You could instead of waiting untill monday start the cycle again on saturday or sunday, it requires a bit more thinking but it would allow you to work out a bit more. actually that's how I end up doing it usually, after 2 days of rest I have so much energy I jsut have to go to the gym and work out some, often even after just one day rest.
