Punching bag hanging techniques?

How's everyone doing. I had a question about hanging a heavy bag. I have this solid concrete patch or square in my backyard which is probably for putting a shed on. It's perfect for making into a miniature punching bag gym. What I was thinking was I would drill a hole in the ground and insert a pole like when you put up a basketball rim/pole. Then I would have a metal bar extend out from that pole like an upside down "L". Any ideas on how this should/could be done. I'd probably finish it of by putting a tent structure around it or something. Does anybody have any experience with this kind of thing.
 
I don't have experience on how to construct a bag-hanging area, but I do have experience on how much of a burden having a punching bag in the wrong spot is. I say go for it, if you have the space and resources. Sounds like a good investment.
 
yeah sounds like a good idea .. i too know what its like haing it in the wrong place lol i pulled down a pagola beam with mine :S whoops lol
