Pulled Muscles

I had my first training session with a Personal Trainer on Monday and I am so sore today I can barely walk...

Does anyone know what works to make them feel better.

if you're that sore - tell the trainer so that in the next session - they can adjust - you shouldn't be that sore after a workout..

bbut stretching before and after a workout are good preventative measures...

or hot bath and/or heating pad help some
 
There is a huge difference between Sore and Pulled Muscles.

Sore is something you work through, its a tired pain.

Pulled Muscle, is a acute pain. It's like you got stuck with a knife in your problem area. If you experience this you need to chill out for a week or two.

I just don't want people to look at you like your crazy at the gym, not trying to seem condescending.
