o snap. sorry i just came back il change it. im cutting yea...sorry. im also trying to get stronger at the same time. X_X and i am kuz im getting better at my lifts. cutting isnt that bad.
 
Yeh cutting is alright, it's hard when were at our age, coz teenage boys all they wanna do is eat! LOL

But good progress so far, deffinately developed your arms, work on your back a bit more.
 
thanks. have any tips on what i should be doing for my back? im just doing chinups and deadlifts. i dunno if i should add in rows. X_X whats the best for your back?
 
naw i gotta cut. i didnt post my front XD here i will now. my love handles are bothering me and i got chest fat so yea im cutting a bit now. i know i need more bulk but i gotta do a little cutting.

Honestly dude, i believe you guys are coming into the winter. I say take advantage of the extra poounds you will put on and keep pumping the good old iron... Once winter is over, you will be even more of a tank :)

Cut over 3 months and definition will be more filfulling
 
pffft! cutting is EASY at your age! you have ridiculously high metabolisms.

wait till you're older, then tell me that cutting is easy.

Yeh, rows are good, continue doing pullups and deadlifts though, actually just continue doing them, but more intensity.

Yes and bulk! I mean, uve still got a sixpack and i see no love handles!
 
I'd suggest bulking as well.

Those love handles may be annoying now but you will feel more rewarded if you bulk now, forget about the handles, and cut later down the road.
 
^_^ you guys rock. BUT YOU MAKE IT SOUND LIKE I DONT EAT. OMG I EAT AS MUCH AS I CAN SORRY! seriosly i eat before bed i eat WHENEVER i feel EVEN a little bit hungry! -____- i eat ok? XD and i have to look up what delts are ><. OK IL BULK IL BULK! ^_____^ PB IS CURRENTLY BULKING AGAIN. and my waist size is 32 btw.
