protein

hey guys, i was wondering, do i take (about) the same amount of protein everyday? or should i have a little more on my workout days?
 
Same every day, your body needs plenty of protein on your rest days to rebuild. You should take in around .8-1g of protein per pound of body weight no matter what.

If you're not looking to bulk up than look no further than some chocolate milk...

And if you are trying to bulk up and utilizing protein supplements, make your shakes using the choco milk.
 
I usually order my protein off the internet. On amazon.com you can get a 2.2lb tub of ON whey powder for like $22 or something.
