I am looking into increasing my protein intake but without foods with saturated fat.
I know that fish/tuna, and beans are good for this.
Is it ok to eat those chicken breast slices you get in packets ? They are pretty low in sat fat arent they ?
I dont really want to eat just fish and beans, nor do i want to buy those protein powders (too expensive). Has anyone got any nice foods that can give me this extra protein ?
