Protein options

I was wondering if you could help me.

I'm a 15 year old boy who plays squash, badminton, swims ect, so quite active and want to build muscle, tone up and get a six pack. Im a member at a well equipped gym and do a decent workout involving weights and resistance machines.

I was wondering whether there was any youth whey protein options and whether they are harmful to children or any other alternatives.

And also any workout tips to build up muscle and tone the muscles.
 
Hi azz, im sixteen and ive been taking protein supps which are designed for pro body builders who are hard gainers and the work well for me with no side effects its called balance nutrition mass gainer whey protein, i think haha.
Anyway i think i can help you get a routine for your 6 pack, just do FBW 3x-4x a week , if you dont have one i can tell you mine which has been working extremly well. for ab exercises do weighted situps and hanging leg raises and not sure what its called but you touch elbow to your opposite knee and your legs are like riding a bike.
But if you just started doing weights youll want to go slow for a while first.
