I make a killer protein peanut butter/oatmeal/almond muffin!
1/4 cup egg whites
1/2 cup whole grain flour
5 tbsp of natty peanut butter
1/4 cup almonds
1 cup rolled oats
3 scoops of tastles whey
1 tbsp of honey
1 teaspoon cinnimon
spray the muffin pan alot! with a non-fat butter spray like smart balance.
Mix it all together and dump. Cook it on 350 for about 5 mins and then just keep watching, you don't want them to stiff. Lots of protein, good carbs, and good fats. Killer muffin.
