Well ill start off by introducing myself, Hello im Matt
. Well I barely started up my workout routine again after quite some time (yeh i really slacked off and gained my weight back). Im about 5"7 and weigh about 170lbs. I try to jog atleast 10min and walk some everyday and trying to up mytime and using my total gym everyday + my ab routines (yes im doing this everyday). My muscles are sore but im sure thats a good thing and my diet....eek yeh i need to work on that which is leading to my question. In the process of this routine i been taking whey protein shake right after i finish my workout and im wondering if i should drink 1 in the morning before i head into work??? Also ive read protein shakes gives gas and does this cont while taking it. (embarassing but yes i have it lol) and my stomach seems to be...bloated, is that normal and my body just needs time to get used to it? Sorry for by book just wanted to give a lil info then my questions. Appreciate the help in advance.
