Hey, been reading this forum for a while and really like it, so I went ahead and registered 
I've been eating these bars as a snack and PWO meal, on average about one a day for the past 2 weeks.
I'd like to know what you guys think about them, I'm kind of worried about the 25 g of sugars and 2,5 g of saturated fat. You think they're doing more harm than good?
