A basketball player sprains his Achilles tendon while playing. What type of proprioception training methods would i use to help the player recover from the injury and help him prevent the injury from happening again. Tried looking for a while but cant find anything much on basketball. If any one knows what kind of exercises u perform for balance/proprioception in this kind of injury for basketball your help would be much appreciated . If no one can help me out it would be nice if u could provide a link to a site with some good info. cheers
