Hi everyone,

Im a newbie here and I just wanted to introduce myself. Im 22yr old female, living in Kuwait at the moment. Im 5'7, 168lbs. and my goal is to get down to 130 or less. A few months ago I named my goal . In short, it is my goal to get the "total package" before its too late. I want to be the ME I see in my head, the me I see in my dreams. I think its sad that I imagine myself differently in my dreams, and its time for that to change. I am just starting to accept that my goal is attainable, and I hope that this forum can help motivate me to reach my goal.

My weight has been up and down since I was a kid. I have had successful weight losses before, but I always gain the weight back. When I was successful, my main driving forces were competition and fear. I had been on a diet set by a doctor, who set weekly weight goals and had consequences for those who didnt meet the goals. I lost A LOT of weight, but I gained it back within a year after finishing the diet. Hopefully the competitions and people on this forum can help push me once again. I have started working out regularly now, but I KNOW I am making mistakes with my diet, and I hope to get some helpful hints and support here. I really hope this time I can make exercise a habit for life, and keep eating healthy.

Looking forward to learning from you all and helping each other reach our goals. :)

Project Hottness, I love that! I wish I'd thought of it:D Just out of curiousity, what kind of "consequences" would a doctor have for not losing weight?

Thanks everyone! Glad you like the name, I like it too lol

dariqueen: The doctor had a lot of other "patients", and he would weight us all on the same day in front of each other. If you didnt lose the weight, he would embarass you about it in front of the others. So to avoid that embarassment, people would try extra hard. He would also give us this placebo apetite suppressant thing, and those who didnt lose the weight were disciplined by NOT getting it the following week. But it was definately just a placebo, so the embarassment thing pushed me more. Harsh method, but it worked. And when you did lose the weight, it was an extra boost that the doctor was impressed with you or something. This doctor was in Egypt (definately wouldnt be allowed to do this in the US lol).

is that you in your avatar picture by the way?

No thats not me (I wish lol), thats Adriana Lima. I think she is like the "hottest" woman alive, so shes inspiration for my project. :)

Thanks for all the nice comments!
