Well, here's me at just starting out. The pics were taken a few months ago, but they still apply. I'll put this out here and hopefully I'll be able to update it to show progress.
Strength training on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays with a personal trainer. Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays I work on cardio by myself. I've also totally revamped my diet.
Great Job man! As for motivation, when you notice yourself losing weight the first couple of weeks on the scale that will be a definite motivation to lose weight ( it did for me ). Keep it up when you lose the weight you will notice how much your life has gotten better.
I measured my body fat percentage before working out today and it came to 32.5%. That's down 1.5% from a month ago when I checked it last. Hopefully the meter is somewhat accurate and it'll keep going down.
The important thing is to measure during the same circumstances each time. Same time of day, etc. Perhaps right after you get out of bed before eating.
The number doesn't matter (since it will be inaccurate) what matters is what direction the number is going. Aslong as it's going down, it's fine.
