Thank you! I have about 75lbs to go but I'm getting there. It's been so hard but becoming so very very worth it. I'm just excited to think of where I can take myself physically... 4-5 days a week I've been doing 60 minutes of cardio (usually 20 miles on the bike) and working on my strength training. When I started a couple of miles would of killed me! lol
