Progress after 2 months...

I officially started my diet on the first of October and I weighed 205lbs. Today I weighed in at 189 so I've dropped 16 lbs so far. My diet for the most part has been pretty good and I have been running 3-4 miles 5 days a week and weights 3 days a week. After dieting for two months I have noticed that it has become much easier to eat healthy(however I do have cravings for pizza and I can't resist but go out every other week and get some). I'm thinking about dropping down to 175 or so but not quite sure, I would like to drop down to a size 34 pants.

3-4 miles 5x per week is really awesome too! Damn! :biggrin:


Keep that routine going and I have no doubt you'll hit your goals in no time! And it's fine to have pizza every so often! Don't feel guilty about it either, we all need to have our favorite foods sometime to keep us sane. As long as you keep up your regimen though, you'll be fine! :biggrin:
