Definately seeing great improvements! You are looking great. Post your current diet and exercise routine and I am sure we can help you get past that plateau.

My caloric intake is rediculous, i wont go over 1000cals in a day unless its a bad day. SO i know im not getting enough cals and all that but i eat when im hungry and i eat healthy food and my doctor even told me i have the best cholestoral she has ever seen, no negative cholestoral.
All i have been doing, besides tha low caloric intake is biking for 30 minutes a night and doing 100 crunches and 100 reverse crunches.

I AM going to begin to eat more again, but slowly. I dont want to regain the weight i lost, so i will be slowing adding more calories while upping my exercise.
Im also going to have a meeting with a personal trainer soon to see if i should use his services

ok I am going to go slightly against the grain on this one. yes you are seeign improvements however quite a bit of the diffference between photo 1 and 2 is your stance so you can't really compare them.
Truthfully though I would be quite worried that you are undereating and are probably losing more muscle then fat especially as you are doing no resistance training.
Your best bet would probably include some sort of weight training in your programme. The increase in muscle mass will help increase your metabloism and so help make fat loss easier (just remember fat loss not weight loss should be your goal) as well as giving you a better shape. A lot women are afraid of weight training as they don't want big muscles, but don't be, generally women don't have enough testosterone in their system to get big, also don't be afraid of using more then the 5kg/10lbs dumbells they don't bite. If you don't have access to weights try and do some body weight exercises at least, so free weight squats and pressups aswell as things like dips off a chair.
anyway good luck with the rest of it:)

QUOTE]

My stance is the smae, the only difference is in one i had a mouse and i could click it at my side and the second on i dont have a mouse and i have to click down on it on the desk. So the only difference is the distance from the desk i am (im actually closer in the second one), and that my arm is out to the side.
Also Im not afraid of weights, i just cant lift them lol.

in photo 1 you are arching your back forward causing your belly to slighlty compress thus making it look slighlty bigger then it actaully is where as in photo 2 you are arching your back backwards thus causing the stomach to strech more and thus making it look slightly smaller then it actually is. However that was me just being a pedantic b*stard. I can still see the difference don't worry
The main thing I was trying to get across to you is that you may be undereating and this may be limiting the amount of fat loss compared to muscle loss that you may be experiencing unless you are supplementing your diet with BCAA and some protein powder.

The reason I am slightly worried about this is that when you severly undereat it causes your body to think it is being starved and so you body trys to store as much fat as possible and it will start to use your muscle mass as fuel. However you should try and retain as much muscle mass as possible as one it is what helps gives the "defined" look everyone wants, but also the more muscle you have the higher your metablosim is as muscle needs more energy even when not being used then other tissue thus again helping to burn more calories per day and making fat loss easier

IM NOT doing anything different with my posture, despite the fact that you insist i am, i have a curved back, and bad posture, the only difference between the two is my arm is to the side and you cant tell a thing about my posture. If i wasnt wearing a shirt you would see that my back still curves. I dont know why i would Push out my stomach, taking pictures of my body and posting them is hard enough without, why would i make myself larger? I know all the things you are telling me, i know what happens when you undereat and i know i know. I just want exercise ideas. Thats it, as in different exercises i havent tried yet, arm leg and ab.
I will worry about my own diet. thanks

hey the only reason I mentioned your diet is that you said in your first post that you had plateaued so I was just trying to give you an idea of what may have caused you to plateau or something different you could try to over come this.

Other then that if all you are only really doing bike and crunches then try and do some free bodyweight exercise or use dumbells if you have any. So things you could try are squats, lunges, dips off a chair, pressups, pulls up or chin ups if you have somthing to do them off, burpes.

If you have any dumbells you could then incorpate dumbell thrustes, straight legs deadlifts/suitcase deadlifts, bent over rows, standing shoulder press

If you are looking for cardio idea's you could do some HIIT sprinting so warm up for 7-8 minutes then do intervals of 20-30 sec all out sprinting followed by a minutes at a steady pace repeat for 4-5 intervals to start with. Then build it up by increasing the amount of intervals up to max aorund 8-9. Then either increase the sprinting time or decrease the rest periods. HIIT is good cause it will help burn calories for the next day or so when you aren't even training

heyy chrissmith921 im a tighthead prop, what position are you? Its so nice to find other rugby players!

You wont be for much longer! If you keep losing weight. I played centre for a little while. By the way whos the best rugby team in the world? Whats that New Zealand? DAMN STRAIGHT :D

All balck all the way!!! I was fed rugby from an all black spoon and there is no one out there thats gonna change that!!! One of my life goals is to go to NZ and see them play...Your smart I like you.

I tend to play at blind side now - occaisionally second row but being 6'5 I'm not quite tall enough to be top flight there so I tend to be playing at 6.

You should be moving position given your photos! Move into the backs so you can do your hair and twiddle your thumbs while forwards do the real work ;)

Keep it up :)

Did your side tour to Wales last year? I know that a side from Ontario (and yes, its a big place I know...!) played against the womens side here...

i have a few players on my team that play national but i think the farthest they got this year was western canada
i dont think i would ever move back, i enjoy being in the scrum and i can do more damage as a forward
i AM trying to work up my cardio so that i can be used as a back when i need to. Common, would u leave the scrum?

I played as a wing for a few seasons, when I was a bit leaner and quicker! But I found it incredibly boring.

A few games would go by and I wouldnt even touch the ball - in fact we were slaughtering one side so heavily (88-0 it ended) that we scored a try, I left the field to have a drink on the side, stayed there for a bit and came back on after another try was scored, they didnt even notice I was missing!

Playing in the pack I think is a lot more fun, and means also more involved which keeps me happy!

deffinatly more involved that for sure, i dont know any other sport (other then sumo wrestling, or when boxers get really tired) that you are literally head to head with the other team and, as a prop, i couldnt get any closer to. them if i wanted to. In some of the friendlier games ive had its almost like a hug fest lol (just kidding)
We played a fun game once with another team where we mixed up our players and i played for the other team and they had me as wing. It wass a lot of fun but i wasnt as sure about my place. Its the only time i ever almost scored, and i would have to if my mate emily hadnt raped me 5 feet from the line. I believe i screamed in surprise lol.
