Problems with workout plan and new suggestions

Hey guys, im currently having a lot of probelms with my current workout plan, and i constanly fail to live up to it every week. I've gotten bigger and gained some weight, but i feel if i was doing things right, I would have more progress.

My current workout plan consist of

Mondays, Weds, Fri's- Core workouts consiting of bench,squat,leg curls, leg lifts

Sundays, Tuesdays, thursdays- Dumbell workouts, *every bodypart*, and ab workout, with some push-ups too.

I also run laps at the track everyday.

The problem is I cant always go to the gym everyday for Mon/Wed/Fri so my schedule is constanly messed up because of school work, or just random events. I also realize that my workout is not that good and if anyone can recommend me a better, organized, workout i would be grateful.

I am 6'3, 167 pounds, and im just trying to get bigger and cut in all areas of my body.
