I'm an overall healthy 19 year old, 5'9'' and about 9st- I cycle a lot and am generally happy with my body shape. However my lower legs are still a problem for me; my calves are disproportionally large compared to the rest of my legs/body. Are there any specific exercises that would achieve fat loss on my calves? I don't know why I hold fat there- there is muscle because of my cycling, but there is also a layer of fat that really makes my legs look dumpy. Any ideas on how I can reduce/tone my calves?
