Problem

Hey guys

Im 17 and around 6 months ago used to weight 79kg's i currently way 65kg's a promlem which i have is that i can feel my abs behind but i still have some fat on the top which im finding very hard to lose i have been reading around but i cant seea anything half the problem was i didnt eat when i lost my weight but i did heaps of excercise and a drunk heaps of water so thats how i lost my weight which wasnt to good but atm i still got fat and i dont like to go to the beach or anythin so yer i have a few months before i go away and i want to have a semi toned body but i can feel all the muscles are already developed its just getting the fat off my gut & chest so yer i would preffer the chest over the gut for starters but you cant determine where the fat comes off so i just have to lose it so can someone please explain in detail or direct me to a place i have not seen that can help me thanks

Currently playing: soccer and i do nightly pushups im not allowed to do situps anymore because of back problems which kinda sucks i hurt them from doing situps so yer i have to lift up my legs instead which sucks lol but it hurts more
 
Leg raises are better than situps anyway.

dont just do push ups and leg raises, you will become unbalenced and have even more back problems. If your gonna do any training then u must work the whole body.

lots of exercises.

but i cant because i dont know what is the correct question to ask well ill start off with how can i find out my BF Percentage where can i by the callipers or what ever they are called from btw i live in australia so yer
