Problem....

ok im a guy of course, and recently i have lost a lot of bodyfat and gain some muscle

my routine mostly comprises of bike riding/swimming/soccer for cardio, and during bodybuilding i most do pushups, dips, bench, various curls... etc.. and most of it has been really helping...but i recently notice that i havnt lost much fat on my rear..... i know cardio is supposed to help lose overall bodyfat which it has but also must incorperate weight training because more muscle burns more fat... so should and what exercises should i do to help lose more ass-fat?
 
well, you would be asking what exersices burn the most fat? since that is what matters when loosing fat. Im not sure, all exersice burns fat. But what really burns fat isent during a workout, its after. the hormones the body sends out to repair the damage (testosterona among others if i remember correctly) also burn cals and fat! (this is why HIIT is superior to Low intensity cardio when burning fat too, if you dident know that, search for HIIT on the forum)
If you want to get a tight rear, squats and deadlifts help alot. If you go low on the squats, a full squat, they really hit the glutes. But that will be most for the muscle part of having a tight nice looking rear.
