PROBLEM!!....please help

I know this may be a problem addressed all the time but I need help

I do the same work MWF but my right Bi and delts are significantly smaller than my left. I am a dominant righty and i can lift the same weight as the left but the development just isn't there.

What is the problem and how do I fix it?

Thanks

If you're not already, do some dumbbell freeweight work. This will work muscle groups unilaterally, and prevent you from overcompensating with a dominant side.

Remember to lift the same amount of weight on both your left and right sides (ie. dumbbell curls with 25 pound weights, even if you can lift a 35 pound weight on your right side). You need to rebuild your muscle balance, because if you don't, such overcompensating can lead to injury.

Very strange. Your right hand's is less muscular than your left but you are right-handed? Perhaps you have lifted too much weight on your right hand?

I had the same problem except it was after an injury. Like said above use dumbbells, if your not already, use the same weight in each hand, maybe try doing an extra set with the weaker hand.

Just like everyone was saying on here: If one side has a natural tendency to dominate the other side then what you need to start doing to work on your overall symmetry is compensate for your weaker side. Unilateral exercises will help you with targeting just your weaker side, but I would start this out with higher reps and more moderation.
