prob with dumbells

heya m new here,... well i m 19 n have been training with dumbbells for at least 6 months n i have notice when i stretch my hands 90 degress from my body or in other words reach out for something, my lower part of my arm or lower half of my arm is flabby or wobbly....SOmetimes when i shake or push the lower half of my arm , it will start shaking or wobble .m i doing something wrong or wad other steps can be done?.....i notice my upper half is showing improvements but at lower half urrgghh!!!

so right above the elbow is flabby?
what are you doing for triceps moves? I'd do stuff like close grip bench press, skull crushers/french press, overhead tricep extensions, and use stuff like pressdowns and kickbacks for toning/finishing moves (to get that wicked burn at the end of your tricep routine).

Is it possible this is something you just haven't noticed before? Remember, working out that area will make your muscles bigger in that area, but it won't burn the fat specifically in that area (for that you just need to burn fat overall - which you can do with resistance training, but aerobic training is much better for this).

Is it something new you're noticing, or are you just wondering why it hasn't gone away yet?

it doesnt sound like your hitting the inner tricep. try the reverse skull crusher(name??), its done with a strait bar, not an ez curl. and your grip is not the normal palm up, its palm down(make sure u have a good grip, or u could end up dropping it on ur head lol) but the others are right, fat could have more to do with it..
