I purchased a food diary called: "Little Black Book ~ Daily Food Diary". I am finding that it's much easier to keep my daily intake in check when I write down what I eat, because I don't want to have to put in the diary the 4 or 5 cookies I might have splurged on! It works really well and I am hoping that I can keep it up.
